The Environmental Services Joint Powers Authority (ESJPA) has introduced an Affiliate Entity Program to assist jurisdictions in navigating complex state regulations and to provide a unified platform for addressing rural waste management challenges.
Established in 1993, the ESJPA provides a collective voice for rural solid waste management in California. Through collaborative advocacy and policy analysis, the authority works to ensure that regulatory frameworks remain equitable across all participating jurisdictions.
