Board and Officers

Supervisor Lori Parlin represents District 4 on the El Dorado County Board of Supervisors and serves as Chair of the Environmental Services Joint Powers Authority. Elected to the Board of Supervisors in 2018, Lori has been deeply involved in local land use and development issues. She co-founded Stop Tilden Park to preserve one-acre zoning in Shingle Springs and leads the Shingle Springs Community Alliance as president, advocating to maintain the area's rural character.

Supervisor Rhonda Duggan represents District 2 on the Mono County Board of Supervisors and serves as Vice Chair of the Environmental Services Joint Powers Authority. Prior to her election to the Board of Supervisors in 2020, Rhonda served in leadership roles in a number of capacities, including on the Recreation, Tourism, Planning and Economic Development Commissions, the Mono County Arts Council, and the Mono County Grand Jury. As a Mono County Supervisor, her priorities center around public safety, protecting natural resources, and quality of life, including finding a viable and fiscally responsible solution for waste management and water rights.
