Board and Officers

Supervisor Michael N. Kobseff represents District 3 on the Siskiyou County Board of Supervisors and serves as the Chair of the Environmental Services Joint Powers Authority (ESJPA). Supervisor Kobseff was first elected to the Board of Supervisors in 2006 and is currently serving his 16th year. His district encompasses the City of Weed, Lake Shastina, Grenada, Big Springs, Gazelle, and a portion of Mount Shasta northwest of Abrams Lake Road.

Supervisor Lori Parlin represents District 4 on the El Dorado County Board of Supervisors and serves as Vice Chair of the Environmental Services Joint Powers Authority. Elected to the Board of Supervisors in 2018, Lori has been deeply involved in local land use and development issues. She co-founded Stop Tilden Park to preserve one-acre zoning in Shingle Springs and leads the Shingle Springs Community Alliance as president, advocating to maintain the area's rural character.
