As an update to the December Environmental Services Joint Powers Authority (ESJPA) Technical Advisory Group meeting, ESJPA is hosting a special technical webinar to guide members through the step-by-step process of preparing and submitting reporting requirements for Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Programs.
This webinar is designed to provide a live, practical walkthrough of the state portals. ESJPA Consultant Larry Sweetser will lead the session, helping participants navigate the specific data entries required to ensure full compliance and accurate reporting for their respective facilities.
This is an informational and technical session only; there are no action items for this meeting. All Household Hazardous Waste Facilities (or any other hazardous waste collection, such as load-checking programs at solid waste facilities) must complete these reports for the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA) and the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC)
Brown Act Considerations
To ensure compliance with the Brown Act, the webinar will be Interactive and open to the public, similar to a conference, and there will be no limit upon either the number of RCRC Board/EC members who attend or upon interactive participation by attendees as part of the scheduled program.
